Please Note: At this time, we do not accept insurance. All rates are private pay via cash, check, or credit cards. Superbills can be provided upon request, but it is the responsibility of the client to request and submit to insurance for reimbursement.
Session Rates

Individual Session
Standard, individual sessions are 52-55 minutes in length. We will spend this time based on your needs and goals. Brainspotting is available in any individual session, if clinically appropriate.

Couple Session
Couple sessions are 52-55 minutes in length. We will spend the time discussing couple goals and needs. Please note that couple sessions are not structured the same as individual sessions.
Brainspotting intensives are approximately 90 minutes in length. We will spend the time identifying topics for brainspotting, brainspotting and processing, and a short debriefing. This is available for established clients or new clients.
